I completed the 3 day cleanse and was able to lose 9lbs. I remained disciplined to the structure layout by by Juice basin and felt so much better upon completion. If you're not familiar with going through a cleanse of this nature. Be disciplined and committed to the process going in and I would suggest a 1 - 3 day cleanse before doing anything longer than that!
