The roll of the Maid of Honor is to support, whether it be holding the hand of the bride-to-be, advising the Mother on deep breathing benefits for blood oxygenation and internal balance or consoling a polluted Best Man decaying from a fast food binge. More than just wedding season, wellness challenges are real and constant. A collective Jersey Girl Guidance of 10 or so committed wellness enthusiasts, namely WEforum Wellness Ambassadors were recently announced to the Garden State. The newly formed, female-led organization whose mission is to strengthen the health and wellness of communities within New Jersey via: educate, empower & evolve is supported by Monmouth Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility.
